The North London Derby is upon us, and I couldn’t be more excited. A chance to do the double over Tottenham as we always should, would give Arsenal fans a rare bit of pleasure in this season of discontent.
No longer is the whipping of these cocks a foregone conclusion as the gap has been narrowed between the bitter rivals. Tottenham currently sitting above Arsenal in the standings, but as I glance to my calendar and see the impending month of March I am reminded of the yearly Spurs tradition of bottling it as the season comes to a close.
Last season our victory at home in the second NLD propelled Spurs free-fall and we can only hope for more of the same to follow the soul crushing defeat we are to bestow on them Sunday. I’m confident of an Arsenal win, the squad is rested and ready, hopefully the real Arsenal show up to beat these clowns.
